no pokud vím, tak hlavní výhodou je kromě zmiňovaných nižších nároků na energy a +7 dmg bufu/debuffu to, že Hemorrhage není ovlivněn weapon speed normalizací zavedenou v patchi 1.8. Pro výslednou dmg se se u standartních útoků a specek AP násobí u kudel koeficientem 1,7 a u ostatních 1h zbraní koeficientem 2,4. Proto Hemorrhage profituje z pomalé MH zbraně s co největší dmg range. Zbraň s nižší rychlostí než je normalizace je pro Hemo neefektivní.

:) Myslím to takhle: Hemmo není ovlivněné touhle normalizací, takže narozdíl od SS (kde je AP násobené koeficientem) je u Hemmo násobeno skutečnou rychlostí zbraně. Takže s mečem, který je rychlješí nebo kolem 2,4 speed se vyplatí spíše SSkovat (např Maladath má speed 2,2 ale AP je násobené u SS normalizací 2,4) naopak u pomalejších swordů než je 2,4 je efektivnější používat Hemmo (např AQR s jeho 2,8 by byl u SS násoben taky 2,4 ale u Hemo se počítá se skutečnými 2,8) Samozřejmě je tam je tam pro Hemo ještě ten osmý extra útok navíc díky nižším energy nárokům.

Rapid concealment je dobry maximalne do BG, ale pro nejake duely a gankovani nekde v outdoor je to zbytecnost.
Jsem zvedavej jestli tam je nejaky pekny main hand k tomu fistu.
Jeste tu nekdo vzpominal ten revamp, tak nemusi hned delat nejake brutalni predelavky, ale daji se treba pro PvE vymyslet decentni zmeny, kdy treba warr ma talent anticipation, coz je defense, tak rogue by mohl mit naopak treba neco pro +weapon skill.
To, ze Buh nikdy nebyl neznamena, ze neni treba se Ho zbavit.

Vanishing in PVP is allowing autoattacks from the opponent directly after vanish, instantly breaking stealth if they swing right after the rogue vanishes.
PVP opponents are apparently tracking rogues through restealths, not losing target, and autoattacks are staying on. This knocks the rogue out of stealth again with an autoswing as soon as they're back in melee range.

The review is well underway and we wanted to share a sort of first glimpse into the changes being made for the rogue talent review. Keep in mind that these changes are not complete or final, and the below information is likely to alter as we move into our testing phases. While not everything is listed, the below list encompasses the majority of changes being made in the review.
I'll be working in the weeks to come to get as much additional information as possible, but it is likely that quite a bit of the final information regarding talent changes will not be fully announced until the talent calculators go live. Of course you'll also be able to actually play around with the changes too once the Public Test Realms go up.
I'm going to just list the changes and provide additional information where possible or necessary. Let's get to it.
# The following talents have been removed: Improved Deadly Poison, Improved Distract, Throwing Weapon Specialization, Improved Vanish, and Rapid Concealment.
# Improved Instant Poison is now "Improved Poisons" and increases your chance to apply ALL poisons by 2/4/6/8/10%.
# Rapid Concealment has been merged with Camouflage, by combining these talents you not only get a great talent to start off the tree, but obviously it frees up a number of points to be spent elsewhere.
# Murder will now also apply to all finishing moves. The benefit this will provide to output and attack combinations is fairly straightforward.
# Vile Poisons now gives your poisons a chance to resist dispel effects, in addition to increasing poison damage.
# Improved Kidney Shot has been changed, and will instead increase the damage taken by the target while they are affected by Kidney Shot. This talent no longer reduces the cooldown of Kidney Shot.
# Improved Sprint has been changed, and will instead have a 50/100% chance to remove all movement impairing effects when you activate your Sprint ability. This talent no longer reduces the cooldown of Sprint.
# Improved Evasion renamed to Endurance, and will add a Sprint cooldown reduction.
# New talent Weapon Expertise in the Combat tree, increases your weapon skill with all melee weapons. The recovery of damage with an increased weapon skill should be a good boost to overall output.
# Initiative is being reduced to a 3 point talent, but resulting in the same 75% end chance to add an additional combo point.
# Elusiveness is being reduced to a 3 point talent, but resulting in the same 75 sec cooldown reduction to Evasion, Blind, and Vanish.
# Ghostly Strike now has a reduced Energy cost, the reduction of Energy was enough to make it necessary to also reduce the damage output slightly.
# Improved Garrotes damage reduction will be removed. This is being changed as part of an overall improvement for Garrote.
# Setup is being moved higher up in the tree, becoming a 16 point talent with no prerequisites, helping move the talent in reach of specific builds.
# New talent Heightened Senses in the subtlety tree, increases your Stealth detection, and reduces the chance for you to be hit by spells and ranged attacks.
# Hemorrhage will be moved up in the tree to become a 21 point talent. This should help to place the ability in a more reachable position, and allow for a little more versatility with specific talent builds.
# New talent Deadliness in the Subtlety tree, increases your Attack Power by a percentage.
# Premeditation will have its Energy requirement removed, changed to an instant cast, and range increased. Its cooldown will remain the same. Premeditation will now be pre-reqd by Preperation.
# Vanish will now remove effects that allow the caster to remain aware of the rogues presence, such as Mind Vision and Hunters Mark.
# Garrote, Rupture, and Eviscerate are being increased in damage. More details to come.
# Expose Armor will now reduce armor by a percentage.
I'll be continuing to speak with the designers and collecting as much additional information as possible in the coming weeks.

Také zajímavý nápad. Jen doufám, že to nebude na způsob Badge of the Swarmguard, ale opravdu pro všechny melee classy v raidu.

To jsem na to zvědavý. Nekdě jsem četl, že by Garrote mohlo dávat nějaký krátký počáteční silence No a modlím se za to, aby opravdu udělali Eviscerate závislé na AP.

Celkově mi to ale přijde, že se 90% revmapu točí jen kolem Subtlety tree a hlavně tedy PvP. Což mě, jako PvP antitalenta a převážně PvE hráče docela mrzí. Uvidíme jak ty stromy nakonec budou vypadat, ale čekal jsem, že to překopou víc. Z mého pohledu combata se (až na ten +weapon skill, který je super) až tak moc nemění.

Kdyz pominu, ze res na stun muze nektera class ziskat skrze talenty, nebo to mag zrusi treba blinkem, dale pak to maji orcove jako racial abilitku a v neposledni rade na to pro nektere classy existuji trinkety, ktere ten stun od rogue rusi na 100% a neni to pouze nejaka % sance, tak tu jsou jeste veci jako Living Action Potion, kterym si ten stun muzes zrusit. Zkus na to koukat trosku objektivne a ne jen z toho pohledu, ze Te je nejaky rogue v top vybave schopny zabit behem full stunu a kvuli toho je to imba pro classu jako takovou. Kdyz se na to kouknes z druhe strany, tak co ma rogue rikat na orca huntera, ktery muze v top vybave udelat pres 6k life bez buffu + nosi mail + ma rezisty na stun za rasovku + ma trinket, kterym si muze stun zrusit

Co se tyce perma stunlocku, ten se pomerne da,ale opet s CD a ne proti vsem classam v tomhle smeru nevim co patch prinese, pze nejsou jeste talent buildery takze tezko posoudit co pujde nebo nepujde vytvorit. Imo stunlockovat do 0hp je uplne to samy jako fear/seduce chain od warlocka, imba neverending koreny od druida, imba frost mage defend spelly, hunter exploit fd/trap etc
No jedna vec me na tom docela stve a to, ze asi prijdem o nas ultimatni dps build (ano 16/25/10 popr 17/24/10), protoze to vypada, ze +skill talent bude hluboko v combat tree, tudiz na nej nedosahnem. A protoze cisty combat buildy pudou hluboko, tak si ho klidne vezmou, tzn ztrati se vyhoda 16/25/10, kterej je delanej ciste pro raid, solo grind i pvp s nim neni zadna slava (da se, ale proste to neni ono), takze by imo mel mit nejaky zvyhodneni.
Imo by spis meli opravit dagger buildy aby konecne nemuseli investovat body do vsech 3 vetvi, pokud chtej byt pouzitelny.

to je proste frost mag ale jestli cekas ze budu tvuj intercept ( upgradnutej, s pvp setem ) s cooldownem 15 sekund povazovat jako dlouhej cooldown na to aby si zabranil kitovani tak sorry ale fakt ne :) mas charge mas intercept a mas hamstring mas pvp trinket ... imo mas daleko lepsi prostredky proti kitovani nez nonprep rogue

Zas tak strasny to neni, porad jsou super pri boji s vice protivniky na velkem prostoru a vubec pro ruzne situacni pouziti. Jen uz opravdu nefunguje drzet nekoho v korenech a prokladat to nukama.
