No grafika se mi líbí - docela mi ten styl sedí. Podle popisu by to mělo být také ok, takže uvidím. jinak koukám na ty stromy na obrázcíc - sice jsem se o tom nikde nedočetl, ale na pohled mi to připadá jako SpeedTree - nevíte někdo, jestli je to skutečně tak?

No z toho negativního postu po tom, co jsem si ho přečetl, jse nabyl dojmu, že je dotyčný akorát lhář a EQ1 hrál asi 5 minut. Hrozně se mu líbí EQ1 před luclinem, ale v postu prostě nemůže překousnou, že běží k mrtvole nahatej a ztratí při smrti exp - běžné věci v EQ1. Rozčiluje se, že nemůže solovat, když v EQ1 mohlo solovat velmi málo classů. Nelíbí se mu craft - tak ať ho nehraje. Píše, že betatestoval spustu her a tohle je ta nejhorší. A zmiňuje "neskutečný" bug, že stráže mlátí jeho místo potvoru. hmm to je fakt hrozný bug. Navíc když vezmu v úvahu, že je tak ještě několik měsíců do vydání. Když si vzpomenu na bertatest AO, AC2 atp. LOL. Prostě i když jsem tu hru neviděl, tak vzhledem k jeho postu jak čtu mezi řádky, je to pouze nějaký rádoby hráč, zvyklý na WoW a neschopný zkoušet něco jiného.Navíc styl postu mě v tom trošku utvrzuje.
Ja myslim ze pokud uz do zacatku daj PvP server jak slibuji, a vyvede se jim to, tak by to mohlo minimalne prizabit DaoC a castecne ohrozit EQ2/WoW.
Jen porad nechapu, proc ofic obrazky stary X mesicu vypadaj hur nez tyhle od stormera, kterej ma novej komp a ma vsecko na max. Mne se proste do huby dere slovo lez :( Jinak prej optimalizace je zatim taky spatna...ale to chapu. No, z PR mne slibili ze za mesic (nekdy 4/06) budou poustet do bety vic lidi a tak snad uvidime ;-D

no vtom topicu je v commentu uvedene paste primo z prohlaseni nejakeho developera a priznavaji tam, ze ta hra je delana zejmena pro group play, raidy, atp. a jen minimalne pro solo ;-(
jedine ceho se obavam je to stim okecavanim NPC ;-( to je docela nuda, pokud se clovek nedozvi potrebne veci ke questu tak, aby nemusel sahat na weby typu thottbot. Zatim EQ2/WoW meli vic nez 50% questu takovejch, ze clovek bud tapal, nebo musel na web /pripadne se ptat ostatnich/.

Stare Warcrafty som hral, asi ako kazdy hrac, ale nejake udalosti/miesta/postavy si vobec nepamatam. Cize ked v hre vidim napr. Stormwind, tak na to pozeram ako na obycajne mesto a nie ako na level v starom Warcrafte, ktory som branil vtedy a vtedy, ...
Podla mna na dobru mapu netreba nejaky uzasny znamy svet. Ja za dobru mapu povazujem taku, z ktorej dycha atmosfera a su tam prijemne prostredia, ktore vyvolavaju emocie. Priklad: Zla hra, bude mat tavernu postavenu z hnedych dosiek a siveho kamena, vnutri biele svetlo a k tomu barmana. Vojdem dnu a myslim si "aha dobre, teraz som v taverne, hm." Dobra hra bude mat nejaku peknu utulnu tavernu, na zemi a stenach nejake kozusinky, zaliatu oranzovozltym svetlom sviecok a fakiel. Prijemne prostredie, ktore vyvolava utulny pocit (osvetlenie s nizkou farebnou teplotou, stoliky pekne v rohoch, ...).
To je len jeden priklad, dalsim moze byt nejaky les, kde nebude kazdy strom rovnaky a budu tam miesta s hustejsim porastom a menej hustym. A napriklad tam bude cistinka, opustena, so zozltnutou travou a ked sa v nej nachadzas, pocujes nezrozumitelne hlasy (napr. ako ked priest vo WoW zapne shadowformu). Avsak vtip je v tom, ze nic nie je naokolo, k nicomu sa to neviaze, ziadny quest tam nebude a ty mozes rozmyslat, co to znamena. A napriklad neskor zistis, ze pod tym miestom sa nachadza dungeon a zrovna tam kde je ta cistinka bolo nieco v dungu, kde sa robili zle veci.
A cim viac takychto "detailov" bude v mape, tym lepsie. Takisto nemam rad, ked sa pozriem na velku luku a vidim opakujuci sa pattern (alebo ako to nazvat) travnateho porastu.
Cize pre mna ma dobra mapa dve veci: 1) dobre technicke prevedenie, tj. roznorodost textur, vysoke stromy, nizke stromy, butlave stromy, vtacie hniezda na stromoch, kvetinky a kaktusy, ... 2) taku nejaku estetiku ako som popisoval skorej + kopec prekvapeni na mape, ktore tam zjavne nezapadaju a zdanlivo s nicim nesuvisia. Rozhodne medzi tieto body nepatri znamy svet z hry/knihy/filmu.
Jako me je uplne suma fuka jak ten svet bude vypadat, hlavne at tam je:

1. na fore vanguarda desne podzvdizeni, lidi sou nasrany ze maj za beta akces platit ;] nakej typek to tam chladil stylem, ze lide z CGM je jinej druh testeru, ze nemaji prednost pred tema co si dali registraci na forech..atp..atp.. zkratka to tam hasi .] 2. ale na forech CGM jasne admin pise, ze maji dohodu s Vanguard ze behem pristich par tydnu kazdy kdo ma klic tak se dostane do bety. Maji vylozene dohodnuto do nejblizsi closed bety ve ktere bude zapotrebi vice lidi..
tzn na vanguard forech se lidi rozciluji ze jsou odsunuti na konec a nekdo z developeru rika ze ne, na CGM "ukazuji smlouvu" ze samozrejme CGM useri budou uprostrednostneni :-D holt kdo plati, ten jede.
