The Isle of Misfits on Dantooine will soon play host to an extremely high level Rebel Planning Conference. Many of the Galaxy's Highest Ranking Rebels will be present, and it would be an excellent opportunity for the Empire to strike a terrible blow to the core of the Rebellion.
The Rebels are of course aware of this risk, and are mounting a strategic defense of the city (and planet) for the times when the meetings will take place.
The highest ranking rebels will of course have specific knowledge of the time and place of this meeting in order to plan their defense. Every Rebel whose name is currently on the list below will be given the names of those high ranking Rebel Officials (but those officials will be allowed to determine how much and how soon they make the information available to the rest of their comrades in arms). The Rebels must meet with each other and a high ranking visitor for 90 minutes in order to negotiate their terms and plan the next steps in the Galactic Civil War.
The Empire has gained knowledge of this meeting, but only has sketchy details at this time. More specific information will be made available as soon as it is known, but for now, covert imperials everywhere should keep their ear to the ground and report any information gained up their chain of command.
In the end, the Empire's mission is simple, disrupt the meeting by assassinating both the Senior Rebel Official AND the high ranking visitor (both to be named as the plot develops). A hefty bounty (on the order of 1,000,000 credits) has been placed on both of their heads and will be awarded by Lord Vader's emissary to the Imperial Soldiers who land the deathblows.
I hope to do these at LEAST bi-weekly and the goal will be weekly. The outcome of these first few events will determine the direction of future events (and I've got at least three totally fleshed out currently) and the rewards for each side will differ based on how the story develops. Both sides will not always have equal opportunity for reward in the short run... but I promise it will all work out in the long run!

The Empire has developed a new Virus that they have named "Alpha Red" this Virus attacks and kills all Non Humans within 48-72 hours. The Emperor is threatening to use this new weapon on any planet found harboring Rebel Outlaws. The Rebellion has produced a Vaccine for the virus but only a limited supply. The Empire is determined to stop the production of this vaccine. It is a Race against time for both the Rebellion and the Empire for whoever controls the Vaccine controls the fate of the Galaxy. Both the Rebellion and Empire are searching for agents to help them complete their plans. The Rebels need to get the vaccine to there manufacturing station and the Empire's job is to stop them and retrieve the vaccine for The Emperor.
((This will be a Faction Based Team event. 2 teams.... 1 Rebel and 1 Imperial both with a specific objective and goals. There is a significant chance of PvP conflict "We're hoping for it" The Team that completes there Objectives or Eliminates the other team will be declared the winners. The winning team will recieve 100,000 credits per team member. All Rebels interested should Contact (PLayer name) all Imperial Players should contact Reena Via Email. I will be posting more details when they have been finalized. Please list all of your professions in the email.
