Zdravim stalo se vam nekdy, ze by jste meli suspendet acc?? i kdyz normalne platite a mate jeste normalne zaplaceno a ten zasranej blizz vam blokne ucet kvuli tomu, ze jim tam vznikla nejaka chyba ? popripade jak ste to resili ?

JJ, děleni je prdel, tak před rokem sem se vymluvil na malou sestru že smazala char, proto ho chci obnovit. Zmrdal mě GM whisperem ingame, poštou in-game i přez normalni e-mail
EDIT: Každopadně mu museli poslat mejla, proč ho zmrazili. |

Pokud mas zaroven s timhle suspended account, neni nic jednodussiho nez udelat co, co ti v tom mailu rikaji. Totiz dat reply a napsat do ni, ze mas suspended account, coz bys podle toho co pisou mit nemel. |

meli naky problemy s tvoji kreditkou ( aka ... nekdo tvoji bance rekl (predpokladam bud ty a nebo tvoji rodice) ze maj vzit zpatky tu platbu za wow ) a tak ti ten acc museli zamrazit. dal rikaj ze ztratili nejen prachy za ten subscription ale i za ty sragory okolo toho ( prevody atp.)
ptaj se te proc se tak stalo, tak bych doporucoval zeptat se doma jestli nekdo tu platbu nevracel |

| no kazdopadne, ta karta je psana na me, rodice s tim nemaj nic spolecnyho. a ja sem nic nerusil. takze fakt nevim :/ a ebanka mi taky teda vubec nepsala, ze by neco zrusili nebo tak. ale vysvetluje to proc se mi na tom ucte znenadani vobjevilo 400. hmm ze by chyba ebanky ? mi jebne |

karta muze bejt napsana na jednoho cloveka ale pristup k ni muze mit vic lidi(tyhle lidi uvadis kdyz ji vytvaris), a predpokladam ze pokud ti jeste nebylo 18 tak tam snad dokonce musis uvadet zakonyho zastupce

cekat na mail od blizzu nema smysl .. oni ti svoje rekli, ted jsi na rade ty...
pokud ti na bance rekli kulove tak bych jim tam udelal toco ... mrkni na vypis, co je tam videt ... odesli ty love blizzu? vratili se?
Ale proste resit to musis ty, treba kontaktovat banku a chtit po nich info jak to tedy bylo s tou platbou zda odesla neodesla nebo zda byla anulovana ...
Nebo napsatu blizzardu, ze ty jsio zadny chargeback nezadal, ze si kontaktoval banku (a pripadne jak jim mam tu platbu zaslat znovu)...

Prave ze sem zadnou platbu nerusil v bance sem byl, a nebyli schopny cokoliv vo tom dohledat jen ze ty penize vodesli nic vic, ale ze by neco zrusili nebo ty penize od blizzardu dorazili zpet vubec nevedi. ve vypysech voni ani ja nic nemam a to sem to v ty bance resil pres hodinu.

| že nemáš zaplaceno je tam asi nedoplatek a máš si dávat bacha na příště a máš vlézt na account a zadat znovu jak často a čím to budeš platit a povšimnout že ti byla pladba vrácena, accout bude zprovozněn do 24H a že zaplatit máš kartou gamekupónem to nepude , moc engliš nezvládám ale možná sem se trefil :-) |

v account managementu si nastav stejny zpusob platby na stejnou dobu, jako predchozi zpusob platby a jakmile bude predchozi zrusena platba nahrazena, acc ti zapnou behem 24 hodin
(za 100% spravnost nerucim, nejsem zrovna best anglictinar)

diky,
dobry takze ja budu platit za dva mesice. a kvuli tomu ze jim se tam vymrdala nejaka chyba, tak mi propadlo 16 dni, ktery mi nevrati z duvodu poslani penez zpet, takze blizzard je jedinej, kterej posila penize za 250 korun. At schorej v pekle zmrdi ! HATE blizzard, selling wow ! |
