What is Revival?
Revival is a Hellgate: London modification. It is developed in the latest and powerful Torque engine (T3). Our purpose is to develop a modification to bring LAN play and the all MP content up to and including 'The Abyss Chronicles' (test center v4) patch. An SDK will be available for community based modifications and content expansions into the future.


What do I need in order to play Revival?
You will need a copy of Hellgate: London and updated with the latest MP patches. If you do not already own a copy of Hellgate: London you can get a digital download copy from eastore.ea.com or get a hard media from amazon.com. The patches are available from this website.


When will Revival be finished?
We don't know. We are hobbyists and most of the developers either work or study full time. It's a long term project and although I have some idea in my head how long it will take, there are no guarantees. Watch the news page for updates, I try to give a heads up every 4-6 weeks because I know many anticipate a release.


Will Revival contain Stonehenge and Abyss?
Yes, all multiplayer content is included for both SP and LAN play.


Can I play my SP characters with Revival?
Unfortunately not. Revival will be too fundamentally different to the original version. Although it is possible it would require the SP saves be reverse engineered.


Can I play my MP characters with Revival?
In your dreams! :lol:


Can I run my own server?
Torque apparently has good framework for MMO implementation. Our initial goal is to put the game back together with complete LAN functionality before the MMO architecture is developed. You can use Hamachi to play with friends over the Internet until private server software is developed.


Will I be able to farm bosses? FSS kept trying to close the PRD trick.
The PRD trick to farm bosses was an exploit because PRD's were never meant to behave that way. We won't be intentionally replicating a bug, however I will include a /reset function to quickly reset any instance.
