NCsoft announced that Exarch, the MMORPG previously known as Trade Wars: Dark Millennium, is on hold. "The current situation with Exarch is this. The Exarch project is currently on hold here at NCsoft. At the present time, NCsoft is still determining how, when and if Exarch or any of its technology will be utilized in the future. For now the Exarch team, that was based in Phoenix, AZ under the company banner of Realm Interactive, has relocated to Austin, TX and is working on other projects at the NCsoft office"

Vidim to tak, ze vyvojari na tom chteji vic a vic vydelavat a tak bud budou hry drazsi a drazsi nebo jich budou vic a vic rusit........ nebo pochopi ze korejci rulez a budou delat hry na taiwanu kde je to levny a budou desne jednoduchy.. takovy, ze je zvladne korejec na svem domacim Sharpu MZ a s nulovejma nakladama ;]
Koho zajima co vlastne ten Exarch byl zac, zabruste na http://mmmorpg.cz vystoural jsem o nem nejake informace a napsal o nem clanek.

Musim rict, ze podstatne lepsi by bylo, kdyby se NC Soft vykaslal na Lineage2 a dal prednost tenhle gamesce. I kdyz je fakt, ze kdyz se clovek podiva na obrazky ktere se datuji do roku 2002, tak muselo byt jasne ze to asi zrusi.
Graficky nic moc a pokud se to vyvijelo tak dlouho bez toho aniz by tomu nasadili novej kabat... I kdyz podle interview uz hra byla temer hotova a navic ! vyuzivala veci z jine hry od NC Softu ktera byla pozastavena jiz drive predtim..

Hmmm, zajimava teorie, jukni si screeny vod Lineage 2, nevypada to moc ze to ti korejci delaly na Sharpu MZ, co myslis? |

TOTALNI propadak je napr. Motor City Online. Ale urcite ne Lineage 2. |

Nemluvim, jestli to je propadak nebo, mluvim o technicke strance hry (i kdyz byl pouzit upravenej engine Unrealu), t.j. udelej neco takoveho "na kolene" (nebo s tvym Sharpem MZ) a budu ti nadosmrti vzdavat uctu...
Edit: nevim jaka je tva predstava o technickem pokroku Koreje, ale napr. site tam maji rychlejsi nez v americe (bandwidth, poplatky atd)

VT > mas pravdu, tohle se ani na titul TOTALNI nezmohlo :-) L2 je spis jedno velke zklamani
Kromuss > no, bavit se o Korei v tomhle pripade by bylo noseni lesa do drivi :-) asi jsi to stim Sharpem moc nepochopil. Navic Lin2 neni cistokrevna korejska hra :) Cistokrevne korejske hry jsou hry stylem Ragnarok, Dark Eden, Priston Tale, Biosfear..atp.
viz to ze lin2 pouziva unreal engine ;] . Stim sharpem jsem to myslel tak, ze se proste vsichni vrhnou do tvorby prumernych shitovych jednoduchych her - ktere se daji (nadsazka) vytvorit i na Sharpu :-)
